Well, this isn't the latest version (11), this is my general experience with past versions, and I'd have to say you are about the only person to ever say it wasn't slow and bloated... even Apple fanboi friends of mine think it is slow and bloated...

It's probably around 10-14 seconds... but that's before I have any content in it... what the heck is it loading on first run? It gets slower once I add all my music and cover art in.
