There was a quest in Desolace where you found a discarded backpack and had to go find a single item drop from the surrounding Naga. It took me over 500 kills. I remember it was that high because I had the old MobInfo addon that showed your total kills and the drop rate for items and such, though I don’t recall the

Today I learned a lot of people don’t know the difference between difficulty and an insane fucking time sink.

This entire strike has been nothing but an exercise in shooting yourself in the foot, since virtually every actor on strike who would’ve had a role by now had it relegated to another actor.

Some  HP Pavilion that ran Windows 98 and had a Pentium 2

It was a on a goddamn Packard Bell, and took a minute to load in between everything I did. The racing stage was the worst because it was just every 50th frame while the computer had trouble processing everything, while the sounds and music played uninterrupted. I loved every other minute of it!

Some old HP laptop. Still have the Lego Island disk somewhere.

One that wasn’t good enough to properly run the game. This remains one of the great disappointments of my young life.

An IBM Aptiva.

The issues WERE overblown; the game itself is still solid despite its massive flaws. Blame the team for this being their [basically] first game.

How does one boycott something one has (presumably) already paid for?

I always laugh whenever someone brings up boycotting something. A vocal minority at that makes it even funnier. Also, how can you boycott something you already paid money for? I’m more than certain these same people paid 60 dollars full price at launch and more than likely have spent even more on micro

yes they are, by a boat load.

Oh piss off. This game is wonderful. Quit nitpicking and enjoy yourself for once.

It’s a bad game, Tom.

I know this is a going to be an unpopular answer since apparently it was a cinematic masterpiece, but I stand by my decision to post it: Drive. I hated that movie. I was misled. From the commercials it was marketed as if it was action packed, constantly showing what looked like an exciting Mustang Charger chase.
