I do sometimes. I have the vimeo app downloaded I believe but mostly I use Skyfire to watch videos online. Not always perfect but works well enough. I have iSwifter as well. True that the 4" screen is more portable than 10" but I will take the 10" for watching movies and playing games over 3.5" - 4" screen any day. And the iPad or any other tablet for that matter isn't that difficult carry around. They are pretty lite.
