@...And I'm a Snake, my iPad 2 replaced my iPhone 4 for gaming. 10" screen > WP7 screen. :-). Just kidding. But really, I do more gaming on my iPad than my iPhone.

@J. L. Carey, I have no problem running with my iPhone. Actually like it. All in one. Can talk on the phone while running (if necessary), listen to music and have the ipahone track my time, speed, pace, and distance for my workout. Couldn't do that with just an iPod. Although I would consider a shuffle since it

I use the stock headsets regularly for phone calls. Pretty much the only thing I use them for but still they come in handy. Absolutely hate holding a cellphone up to my ear for long periods of time and sometimes speaker phone isn't an option. Blutooth headsets are nice but then I lose them or they run out of

And yet apple could price their products higher but they don't. They still provide one of the best tablets on the market at the moment and still come in under their competition.

So I guess you missed the Apple MacBook Air at $999 ora little over $1000.

And yet the other companies make so many fewer products and still charge you as much or more for something competitive to the iPad/iPhone.

You realize there is a microphone and speaker right built in to the iPad right? Or you could just the supplied ear buds with online microphone. I have used my iPhone (on WiFi only, no cell signal) to make calls and my WiFi only iPad 2 to make calls over Skype to land lines or other cell phones. Works fine for me.

But you are locked into a 2 yr contract. Makes me wonder how much it would be without a contract if it is already $400 with. iPad (both versions) have no contract. So in the end how much are you really paying for that 7", gingerbread, hefty tablet that sometime stutters?

Yeah, because I am sure there is nothing else in the water other than a little bit of urine.

Or u can download the torrent for free. I did this while I was on a trip and it was great watching each episode after another. Even better....free.

I will stick to my iPad 2. Just got it today and love using it. I am not a huge fan of the widescreen look of these other tablets. Not knocking them but I prefer the proportions of the iPad. Feels better to be able to choose which orientation I want to use or prefer than to be stuck pretty much with landscape only.

Must be my color blindness.....I don't see anything wrong with the photos. I guess one benefit of not being able to see colors right, can't tell when they are wrong. :-)

Possibly. If my 3G iPad 2 (or 3 when it comes out) and Skype/Google Voice app combo work out I will cut my cell bill in at least half.

While I agree with the speed being faster on AT&T than on Verizon, I would rather have the larger 3G network than the limited 3G network of AT&T. Especially if I am going to use a decent amount of data. I plan to probably do away with a cell phone completely and just get 3G (or 4G when Apple comes out with it) iPad

Yes on AT&T. Not sure about the Google Voice app though. Use it mainly to text. I use Skype most of the time when I travel out of the country to call my family and to video call.

Cool so BB owners can join the realm of jailbroken iPhones using unauthorized tethering software/tweaks. :-)

@isights: LOL, waiting to hear about the CEO storming out of another press conference when/if the playbook's sales are no where near what they expect or it flops.

@ezra001: But you know who will end up taking the brunt of comments like this........the military. It is easier to shoot the messenger right?
