The constitution wasn't entirely written in 1776. It was where it started, but many Amendments and bills have been written over the course of America's life span. It has been altered and changed to conform to the people's rights and protections. Some of it is still relevant today

Funny, but news stations never report people who save others. If they did, they report it once or not at all, but a great morbid tragic events gets played for weeks on end. Halo 4 did something very similar. Go to a location, fight baddies, do something to the weak spot, then run to the next one to end up a final explosion. Little do people realize that Halo 4 had more in common with the original Halo 1 than Halo 2 did.
