This will never got to trial, it will settle out of court. I would be interested in a trial as I am curious about the level of involvement the parents had in this poor boy’s life. 

I would have done the same thing. You have no clue who these people are and what their intent is. All he knows is he just saw someone digging under a seat. If it’s my life you get to wait while I keep my weapon drawn until back up arrives.

Yeah keep your hands where the officer can see them, particularly if you outnumber him. I can only see part of the video but if he kept them covered until the back-up arrived I think he was following procedure.
