PS:  Real bitches don't always look like they're one nanosecond away from their curling irons.

If it was on any other network besides CBS, they'd probably go there, yes.  CBS never would because that would make it interesting.

Was it ever mentioned what Father Whitely had actually DONE, other than working for Grayson Global back in the day?  Did I miss any more specific a delineation of why he was the particular revenge of the week?

cuz when this whole thing began, they were besties.

Conrad knows Jack tried to assassinate him?

I LOVED that she was standing right there with palette and brush in hand, like one quick dab on the finished product would suffice.

Exactly.  They had a whole scene in which she showed up and promptly tried to blackmail her former bestie for no apparent reason.  One of several twists and turns they couldn't be bothered to properly motivate.

Wasn't SFD in the opening of Sleepy Hollow, too?

Word.

My biggest problem with the hair/wig thing is it always look like she's just nanoseconds from having a curling iron up in there.

Better than a Low Winter Sun.

Elizabeth I could never be as dull and wooden as this actress.  Then again, my grandmother's cedar chest could never be as dull and wooden as this actress.

I bet you believed in the Trickle-Down Theory, too.

She just looked too perfectly styled at all times.  Like they even wrote in that line about how awesome she looked by her husband in order to keep her perfectly coiffed and her make-up unsmudged from beginning to end.  Even if the script gave her absolutely no moments in which she could actually BE the bitch they had

Not to mention that HOMELAND guy wasn't even going to follow up, said he thought Spader was bluffing and Mannequin Lady had to insist that they actually pick the little girl up at all.

I'd watch Toni Collette read the phone book, but that Durwood MacGillicuddy guy sure knows how to smirk.

I think him venturing into that crack house to find him a few seasons back pretty well established that he has some sincere feeling for the guy.  Coulda just written him off at that point if he didn't.

WTF are you doing on a page reviewing a current episode, then?

Or "Here Comes the Flood"

It IS just screaming for the obligatory Elizabeth Mitchell cameo as part of the pantheon.
