I'm with you on this. Midgar being it's own game is actually exciting. We get to see how living down there really is, instead of just having Barrett and his team try desperately to explain why we should take down the reactors. I want to feel for them, when the plates come down.

It looks fantastic. Can't wait. I adored 13's stagger system and 15 was flawed but man was it flashy. 

My understanding was that this uses the ATB gauge. It's ATB in reverse.

Not for anyone? This looks great. I admit they have shortcomings when it comes to action combat but I'm still getting this. 

I doubt they'll be splitting it up this much. But yes, I wouldn't be shocked if this was three pieces at least.

Game kicks ass. Sure, lots of rambling and things that aren’t funny but I still find myself enjoying the insanity of it all. Some lines land well and the way to interacts with you is pretty cool.

This is your definition of on-rails?  Our standards are getting really high.  It may be linear but on-rails is not the right phrase here.

Before I decide to buy this game, I rented it from a Red Box Kiosk for one night. I popped it in and installed it to my Ps4; I launched the application and it tells me there is 24gb’s of patches.
