Not relevant. Because if you have been convicted of a violent felony, you have forfeited your right to own a firearm.

not illegal to open carry unless you have a felony conviction.. Which I have read he does. So, him having any gun would be illegal. It’s a technicality but an important one.
Pretty crazy to see this story. I live in Tyler. There is a big custom truck scene here they will sell very fast either in Dallas or in Shreveport.
Correction, Useless Majors are Bullshit. as a CPA, I had to major in accounting to get the requisite credit hours. Don’t paint a picture that all college majors are bullshit. I would say that there are really only about 4-5 useful majors and the rest are just a waste of time.
My goodness, Mexico soccer fans are the WORST. they might be the most classless fans in all of sports. Just saying.
that is perfect. you really only need a log if the IRS asks for it via a notice or an audit. you don’t include the log with your return.
So... Ban all knives? Kind of like banning all guns?
really, if she keeps a mileage log, she doesnt need to have the addresses on there. better would be odometer readings. i.e., odometer at beginning of day, and at end of day. but, just an estimate of miles is all I ever get when preparing returns.
I will say that the biggest thing you need to keep is a mileage log. As a CPA, i have had clients get audited by the IRS due to high auto expenses taken on their returns. We (luckily) had a mileage log and the IRS accepted it. really, a simple Outlook calendar showing appointments with address on it is fine.
seems like it would be a depreciable asset for the business portion of the asset. but where it is reported really depends on how you report your instructor income on your return.
depends on how much you are reimbursed for. if you are reimbursed at a rate that is less than the IRS rate, you can deduct the excess expense.
you can deduct the excess of miles over what you are reimbursed. for example, if your job reimburses at .50 per mile, you would get to deduct the additional 7.5 cents per mile
you get either a sales tax deduction or a state income tax deduction not both. so, if you are in a state that has income tax, you will normally take the state tax deduction because it will be higher. also, there is a general sales tax deduction calculated based on where you live, the sales tax you paid on the vehicle…
Stopped in a Range Rover? Wage disparity, amirite?
