not much cooler than the sound of a Jet engine starting up... especially when it is in something other than a jet..

I agree 100%.. I drive my JK every day.. and I constantly see threads about guys that went on a semi-hardcore trail ride and now cant drive their Jeep for weeks and have to pay $1k to get their rigs fixed... I refuse to take my $40k vehicle on a trip where I know it will get messed up..

I agree with the taking itself way too seriously. As a JK unlimited rubi owner, I am sure that I would get looked down upon by other Jeep owners because I am not out on a trail every weekend getting damage and wheeling and breaking things.. Also, as a current CJ7 owner, I don't hate YJ owners... most of the time..

As a Jeep owner, I have no problem saying that the owners that wont shut up about their vehicles are Jeep owners... things said by the most annoying owners include... "oh, you have a convertible? but your doors don't come off, should have bought a Jeep" "oh, you don't wheel your jeep everyday and thrash it? you must

you would think they would be, since there is a quad class.

but, you would start at the back first.

Why can't they board the plane starting at the back and working their way forward? Wouldn't that expedite things? that way, you wouldn't have people taking up the aisle trying to put their bath tub in the overhead bin.

Man, my dream is to go buy a RZR XP and do some minor prepping and run in a SCORE event like this... is there a Side by Side class in these races? I think a RZR XP or the like would be pretty good in these kinds of races.

this is the best comment I have ever seen.

I would have rather seen these two Jeeps that will never be than the Gladiator.

the gladiator is not available as a kit... you are thinking of either the "Independence Kit" which is two weld in plates for the back doors and a bulk head for the half top... those kits don't make your JK into a truck... the other kit is the AEV Brute Double Cab which is so cost prohibitive that it is funny. The

not close to the same thing. The kit from mopar is nowhere near as awesome as a full fledged pickup. The only thing that comes close to this is the AEV conversion.. but that is $20k plus price of the Jeep.

that's easy... it is clearly the Jeep Mighty FC.. this is the first picture I have seen with its doors and top off.. so that's a bonus.

Not sure what being a CPA has to do with your racism... as a CPA, I am not happy to be lumped into the same Peer group as you..

I actually like what they did to that F40... now, if they would have cut the wing off... that would have been a different story.. but, I think it looks killer.

Did somebody say Wrecked Ferrari F40?

What about a Revenue Sharing plan.. i.e. members of the football team would be a partner of a "business entity" and thus would receive a K-1 showing their share of that teams or sports profits. The only way to combat the "star" player pay level is to have everyone have an equal share.

I just sat in my jeep for 6 hours to go 12 miles in central alabama. Gotta love the weathermen saying "we screwed up, our bad". The sucky part was that I could have made it home no problem if there weren't people wrecked all over the place.
