My food obsession right now is perfecting a whole spatchcocked chicken on the grill. My first ended up...charred... in places, and the second almost smoked, bc I went the opposite direction with my temperature, for fear of another charcoaled chicken. The second was very, very good though.

LOVED the Sabotage reference. I thought the movie was really good. I mean, the plot was a little thin, but aren’t most of them? John Cho had my heart, as did Simon Pegg.
