Seriously? Terry Crews is a treasure. Brooklyn 99 is must watch.

The guy probably knew how bad things could go if Crews, as a black man, got violent. He knew he had the power there and he used it.

In the real world, Gina would probably be serving a couple of life sentences.

Not for nothing, but he was totally fine with throwing Mel Gibson a bone so I think at a minimum Stallone is indifferent to concerns of sexual assault and domestic violence (and generally questionable behavior).

Terry Crews is the best

Not gonna lie, I love the guy.. and I feel he could do much better than Expendables anyways.

I just can’t understand how anyone apart from idiot anarchists would believe disruption in and of itself is a good thing. Destruction of the democratic norms of good governance isn’t helping anybody except oligarchs and authoritarians.

Terry loves his yogurt, but Terry hates sexual misconduct

Good for him.

Tiny Terry hates sexual harassment

They had to have purged a lot of the old academy members too”

I mean, I lurve me some Ru, and have ever since I first saw the Supermodel video, back when I was 13 years old.

But all that high esteem doesn’t make me blind to her obvious personality flaws and bias, which even the most fabulous people on the planet have... It’s an occupational hazard of being human.

I mean, Ru how long has been saying “if they ain’t paying your bills, pay them no mind”. He very clearly values keeping a cool, level head and ignoring the haters because they don’t matter. Vixen is the antithesis of that. She engages constantly with every perceived slight. Also it’s not like Eureka came for her in a

But fuck Cracker’s drag, right? Everyone keeps talking about how lovely and gracious and inspirational Asia is when all she did on Cracker’s last episode was show how immensely jealous of her she was (her inner saboteur says “it’s Cracker’s season”, but then on stage Asia says the cruelest thing she can think of about

We’re not gonna agree on Vixen, so I’ll just end here. Tone policing is a real issue of course, but Vixen acted like a child, not someone with valid points - she did not articulate what she wanted.  Asia did a MUCH better job of that, but you can’t negate that she showed her ass and it’s ok for us to not like someone

Oliver this is incredibly bad writing and analysis and reminds me of white activists I’ve worked with who basically encourage people of color and other people form oppressed groups to be as rude and angry as possible at all times because to ask for even the smallest modicum of respect and basic politeness would be

And you seem to be arguing for the sake of argument. I get that you personally do not like the term. Is it trendy? About as trendy as the term organic. Is it marketing BS? Yeah, probably.

I bet you’re fun at parties.

She’s more right than you are
