Actually settled on a house with a tiny one car garage until they pulled the house off the market, had a second chance to make the right choice, two days later we bought our home complete with a 5 car garage with height tall enough for a nice two post. Couldnt be happier.

went from my dream car (STi hatch) into a new BMW 3 series with a manual, I was well aware of the power loss I would be taking but after experiencing an electronic throttle, cable shifter and hydraulic clutch I will never buy a car with any of those three components or the combination ever again.
