The Binti series by Nnedi Okorafor is being adapted by Hulu as well I believe. Well worth the read.

Goat Hill Pizza in San Francisco has been doing dim sum pizza for years. Monday night. All-you-can-eat. Servers go around with pizzas and you say yea or nay for a slice. Toppings are what was leftover from the weekend. You get some strange combos. You also get some gems.
