I disagree that grades and sat scores are academic. Those are measures of how well a kid plays the “game” for American education - 20+ year teacher.

Goat Hill Pizza in San Francisco has been doing dim sum pizza for years. Monday night. All-you-can-eat. Servers go around with pizzas and you say yea or nay for a slice. Toppings are what was leftover from the weekend. You get some strange combos. You also get some gems.

I grew up on omakase dining, only Mom just called it “you eat what’s for dinner or you go hungry.” When you give it a Japanese name, it becomes fancy and expensive.

If only Old Bay made a powder that you could add to your own hot sauce, that’d solve all our problems. Or if you could add hot sauce to something with Old Bay Seasoning on it, what a solution that would be.

I think I said this recently, but if you are going to call yourself “Food Bro,” I’m going to assume you are a douche till you prove otherwise.
