I believe it is backwards to post a review interpretation of a story when you haven't actually even seen it. One is not in a position to give grades of any sort when everything they know about it is second hand from a review summary.

This whole Peridot arc has been great so far, but I am still waiting for a follow up to Chille Tid. Rescue Lapis WHEN?! Also, 5 episodes of no Connie is far too many in my opinion.

What if the Gems descended from Diamonds as one of the 4 major races of the universe at war with each other- The Diamond ores, the beastly Hearts, the vegetation Clubs, and the machine Spades.

It'll probably be Mayor Dewey's house.

STOP! GIANT ROBOTS SHOULDN'T FIGHT!

Alright, they've got a working relationship with Peridot. Now it's time to GO AND SAVE LAPIS LAZULI!

I think you mean Neon Gemesis Stevengelion.

I can see Steven getting Peridot to fuse as a way of better understanding his side of things and a chance for Steven to understand where Peridot is coming from. Of course Peridot will probably agree only as a chance to become strong enough to escape.

Even if Garnet only eats for Steven's sake and Pearl never eats at all.

Can we just have Peridot rapping at the Gems from behind the bathroom door. Or have her sing a song while hiding in the bathroom now. Please!

Season 3: Peridot and Lapis Lazuli as new Crystal Gems in the intro sequence? That would be great. It's like Power Rangers where you start off with either 3 or 5 and then after 10+ episodes you get another Ranger. Sometimes 2 or more as the story goes on.

I agree in that Hayden's love plot was unbelievable. But I refrain from believing that was actually the only reason for the clash. I don't even know if Liam really feels that strongly(love) about Hayden-or if he even knows the answer to that.

"scott is weak as sh**, true alpha my ass…."

He's probably a sociopath. No. Given everything we've seen of him, I'm sure he's supposed to be a sociopath.

Aww, gee. You mean Scott using Hayden as bait for the Dread Doctors wasn't in anyway building up to Liam and Scott's clash? I could have sworn that was going somewhere. But if it had nothing to do with this episode, I guess it's just another plot that people like to shout "went no where".

Not all Alphas in this show have been male. What do you say to that?

I'm re-watching the cold opening between Angela and Darlene. Noticing Angela dressed all in white, Darlene all in black, on opposite sides of the bar, conversing about how they both are worried over Elliot. Realizing they are being setup as the two women in Elliot's life, circling around him and his problems from

I'll second that backing. Fusionsteins it is.

I'm arguing from a storytelling standpoint and giving genre example. Not all things created by someone of a society are meant to be judged through the lens of that society. Sometimes they ask you to think about it from a foreign perspective. This is expressed often in the Sci-fi genre as a common thematic element

I'm not talking like they are real. But you seem to, and are treating them like you are an expert on something you can't possibly know or understand that much about to make judgements and assumptions like that. Can't possibly because there hasn't been enough concrete information about them to do so.
