True. I agree on that, but do not confuse between "aluminum alloy" AND "aluminum is an alloy " ;)

So call it aluminum alloy. Aluminum itself is not an alloy. Aluminum is a metal with atomic number 13, atomic weight of 26.98 and is listed in group 13 and period 3 in a periodic table. An alloy is a mixture of different metals, as for example steel.

Normally this is where I'd applaud the Dubai Fire Brigade for saving the taxpayers a lot of money by getting an affordable speed machine like a Corvette, but Dubai gets so much oil money that people don't pay taxes there. Not true. I had to take the written test when I moved to Chicago, from Indianapolis.

I don't see this as an issue. Most of the Rhode Islanders do not have either license or insurance, and I have serious doubts if they ever passed any driving test. When I transferred my license to RI, first time in my life I didn't even have to pass a written test.

Travis,

Surprised to read that NASCAR fans are complaining about profanity, nudity, and out-of-context ads. We were living in Indianapolis at that time, and our apartment was close to the Speedway. The happy campers that followed the NASCAR races to Brickyard 400, didn't give me the idea that they would find all of the above
