The end result is the same but I definitely feel immediately worse after eating quick releasing carbs. A ridiculous fatigue often overwhelms me, especially if it’s a larger amount. Slow releasing carbs just do it over a longer period of time but I don’t crash the same way if it makes sense.

That’s actually a brilliant analogy and definitely something im gonna think back to next time I’m staring in the delicious but evil Nutella jar. In the end it’s all about choices and I just need to ovary up to the bad ones I’ve made lately.
