Ha so it’s not just me whose Intel graphics card drivers keep crashing...

My friend uses a line-out adaptor that plugs into the 30-pin connector, headed into a portable headphone amp into his headphones. That shit sounds absolutely stunning.

After reading all the comments that have graced this article, I have come to the conclusion that each and every one of the people calling out NASA for triggering Armageddon, tidal patterns etc probably has no idea what a 'metre' is.

I'm sure we can fit an entire self-sustaining colony on a rock that's about the size of a large living room...

No, the app is not badly designed, poorly programmed, and the devs are not trainees. The reason it needs your location services is blindingly obvious: geotagging.

Well for starters it's a gazillion times sexier.

Uh oh.

I don't think that those workers complaining about having fewer hours are merely a fabrication of Foxconn management.

More people owning the company would mean the stocks will be worth less, because having more stocks would mean stock value would be worth less, because there are now more stocks to go around for everybody. If there were less shares, they would be more valuable because there's less to go around.

Should be. I used Opera Mobile back when it was chuggy and it was still great.

You came home with free twinkies.

Rimshot.

You get amazing scientists who are scrutinized into oblivion because they do experiments that society looks on and protests against. And then decades on there are millions of people depending on the outcomes of the scientists' experiments, and nobody remembers the scientists.

I think the purpose of the article was to inform us of the dangers of using devices in settings where we shouldn't. So I'm pretty sure he's realised his mistake already, which is why the post exists.

Actually, I do believe the reason the article exists is because Sam *realised* his errors and wanted to write an article on why that was rude, if you get what I mean. Like a lesson learnt sort of thing. Good article.

wear out? I borrowed a book yesterday whose checkout stamp slip is three slips long with about 75 checkouts on each! And it's a 1979 book!

No I say the flies and mosquitoes! Please, they terrorize me!
