"….Nice!"

I am not gonna lie - a part of me hopes that Tammy really did love Bird Person and there's a reason she became a treacherous cow.

That's exactly what I thought - that she seemed very nervous and anxious and kind of like she's been hurt or abused and expects the same. Damn, I wonder what homeworld is REALLY like

Lil bits did me in - "Oh shit we've got little people.." that and the "haha- just kidding!" in the bathroom after he told the other guy to eat shit

better draxx him sklounst

Man how does this show manage to be funny (Steven and Connie's "knight"-speak) scary (Silent Hill hospital and monsters) and touching (Steven hugging the sword/his "mom")???

Yeah I marathoned the first season and I am not sure I can make it through another even with the above method

fuckin brilliant - this is exactly what I need (and will proceed) to do

If you can rely on what Leanne said once a few episodes ago, Soso is supposed to be half Japanese and half Scottish.

Ugh good point

I really like how they portray BirdPerson and Tammy - mature adults who know what they want from each other and respect each other. I like how they've written Tammy's character, especially - very sexual and confident but not over-sexualized (like boobs and ass popping out all over) or slut-shaming her.

I thought the meth lab shenanigans would have done you in…

Yeah I feel you re: Beth and Rick. I guess maybe I have some concerns about dependency and I always worry that you push someone away when you become upset at them…but sometimes you're not OK with the things they do.

If those were 2 vultures flying around outside of Herb's house during his funeral…I mean, the visual gags on this show!!! So glad to have it back!

Rose's laugh sounds a lot like Steven's! I was tickled to hear that this goddess-like woman had such a goofy laugh. It makes her more of a real person I could envision liking and less a paragon of perfection.

I really liked seeing Connie be more physical in an attempt to kick Con-Connie's ass. Nerdy girls can be violent and physical, too, and it's nice to see that representation.

In the Maheshwaran's home, there's a picture of a woman in a sari so I'd guess Indian.

It really reminded me of a few Hey Arnold! endings - powerful, quiet, you get the feels MAJORLY.

I TOTALLY feel you re: immigrant family. They felt like such real people, like these were my (Asian) immigrant parents/family.

I have to say, one of the things I LOVE LOVE LOVE about this show is how it shows people of color all over town, in their media, and don't make a big deal out of it and how the show (maybe 1 or 2 instances) doesn't resort to cheap jokes about race or gender.
