It would have been genius for nintendo to do even a small discount on the street pass games this week. Can anyone recommend 1 of the 4? I just can't see myself spending $15 for the set.

$10 is significant to you? Most of the games I've bought on console I've been able to sell for a few dollars less than what I paid. While that $50 copy of colonial marines sits unused on pc hard drives.

Look into Shin Megami Tensei and Etrian Odyssey. That's 5 3DS RPG's right there.

There are 5 RPG's on this list of 12. And there aren't many RPG's on the platform. Square Enix, for example, has made exactly ONE that's been announced for release in US.

Well, if those are the only two games you're interested in, there are (minor) parts of 3D Land that practically require 3D. Other than that, Kid Icarus and Zelda Link Between Worlds benefit from it and... that's about it. That said, I do own a 2DS and it's quite nice. Although the XL has been going for $150…

Good list except for Dream Team. That game was a fun-vaccuum. Especially after the first 20 hrs.

It does seem kind of weird that nearly half the list is indie games that have been available for ages on several other platforms (and in humble bundles, no less) when these full-fledged, labor-of-love, very great games are available.

So an enormous, $100 battery that makes your portable - not portable? And if you're at home why wouldn't you just plug it in? Battery on the XL is pretty good, anyway. I can't fathom ever playing for more than the 6-7 hours it takes for it to run out.
