Growing up, Norwegian movies were always a tad embarrassing, but in the 90s, things took a turn for the better. I actually saw Insomnia in theaters back then. My friend and I were impressed we could say it was good without having to add “for a Norwegian movie”.

The original version is one of those movies that I will highly recommend to anyone within earshot. Unfortunately, I suspect no one I’ve ever recommended it to has ever seen it.

The original INSOMNIA was such a better movie than Nolan’s that I’m surprised Nolan hasn’t tried to buy up and destroy all copies of his version.

I think the issue with Warcraft was that almost all of its gross came from the foriegn box office, which eats up a lot of the profit. It didn’t make enough states-side to justify more movies.

There is no chance that Mute is as bad as Cloverfield Paradox. Wait... Is this how they trick me into watching Mute, so that I can see if it’s as bad as Paradox?
