Western Fashion is far from representative of all global Fashion. There are high end designers making “traditional outfits” that host their own runway shows featuring garments that cost thousands and thousands of US dollars, just like fashion shows in the US and Europe. I’m reading a website filled with celebrity gossip and sex and fashion in a country where the president is a rapist. It’s not clear where you’re writing from, but it’s pretty likely that it’s a lousy place to be a woman as well. Middle Eastern women are capable of navigating these choices themselves, just as we are. 

Even in KSA, they can and do wear all of these clothes. Even the abayas are designer.
