I mean, it’s horrible behavior - but it’s exactly in line with how I would expect a rich famous asshole to treat their assistant.
I can’t imagine why she wouldn’t want an episode of her situation comedy to be about children being murdered.
I’m about a third the way through season 2 on Hulu and I’m excited to see where the charter schools plot goes. Good for them for helping to educate people on how charter schools fuck over normal schools.
Interesting - never caught that one.
“Finally, the fact of the matter is that Marvel isn’t casting or creating stars like it used to. Quality of the films aside, none of the second-gen Marvel stars (e.g. Simu Liu or any of the Eternals) have really launched to stardom like the first generation did.”
I am shocked that C-tier characters like the Eternals,…
I remember watching it and liking it, and being disappointed it was canceled - but I remember liking his previous show “Mr. Sunshine” better. Matthew Perry and a sassy Alison Janney? Sign me up.
Also - I’ve been watching Abbot Elementary lately and thinking that Mr. Eddie looked sooo familiar but I couldn’t quite place…
Yeah I watched the trailer and Rick sounded spot on - but Morty was a little off.
How fun would it have been to have Lisa Kudrow on Friends, Mad About You AND Frasier all at the same time though? Phoebe could have been triplets!
Yup - Al Pacino at 83, De Niro at 79 (he just turned 80, but the kid was born in April). And I dunno about irresponsible - the kids aren’t likely to have their dads see them off to college - but they’ll never want for anything else the rest of their lives.
That Tweet is just the saddest fucking thing I’ve ever seen. And not just because of that dude’s stupid headband.
Didn’t his pals DeNiro and Pacino both just have kids in their 80s? 57 is at least a fairly reasonable age to become an old dad.
That’s why I find the premise of the new series a bit odd. Frasier coming to terms with his relationship with his Dad was such a big part of the original show that it seems odd to me that he would somehow become estranged from Freddy now.
I remember liking but not loving Frasier originally. It was good but it went off the rails after the first 5 or so seasons and I stopped watching but tuned back in for the last few episodes. But I would be down to at least watch a few episodes of this, if it weren’t on yet another streaming service I don’t have.
Ah someone who only knew X-men from the cartoon - he was 100% perfect as Beast. Was a shame he didn’t get to play him more.
I cut way back on cereal this year in an effort to cut back on added sugar from my diet - was shocked to see how much sugar it was a day to have 1-2 bowls. And I’m not talking lucky charms or anything like - “healthy” adult cereals like the Kashi Go and Special K have like 12g of added sugar a serving. I was eating…
The HOTS players are already riding a tide of delusion because they got a small bug fix patch this week. They don’t need any more “encouragement.” #RIPHOTS
Papa Murphy’s pizza isn’t bad at all IMO. I haven’t gotten one in a long time (I moved towns and have a lot more options now) but used to get them fairly regularly 6-7 years ago. Fresh ingredients and a relatively cheap price (you have to cook them yourself is the kicker - but even that can come in handy). This…
“OMITB made me emotional for the first time ever”
You didn’t get even a little emotional in season one when Nathan Lane put the headphones on his deaf kid and cranked the music?
Agreed. I’m glad I’m not the sort to “need” to play games on release. I’m happy to give them a few months/years. I get to play less buggy games, for significantly cheaper - I’m so behind on games anymore anyway - I can’t imagine doing it any other way.
Man - I used to love Pennsatucky. My favorite relationship on OITNB was between her and Boo. Sad to find out she’s such a nutjob.
