Not a fan of rebooting the office - it would basically be “The Office” with only the B and C list characters. And as much as I appreciate Kevin and Stanley and Phyllis, etc - I just don’t see it working out well if they try to slot new A-listers in there.  We all saw how awful it was when they tried to make Ed Helms

Really glossed over the most offensive part - she spent several seasons on “The Big Bang Theory.

hah - that’s funny. My dad only played two PC games ever - Warcraft II and Doom. Both of which he played a ton - He’ll still replay Warcraft II every few years (just to play through the campaigns) via emulator on Linux.

1000% BJ Novak.  Would be super out of character for Toby - the only other writer/actor on the show.

I mean I feel like this is as good of way as any to thin out the shallow end of the genepool some. Totally stick your dick in acid - what could go wrong?

Man - looking at the photo at the top of the article at first I was like “what show was Mike O’Malley in where he was sitting opposite Michael Stipe?” He looks uncannily like Michael on the right there, even down to the eyes.

One of Geena Davis’ most iconic roles is Dottie in A League Of Their Own, which gave queer woman another character to fall for.”

Wait - it’s been 20+ years since I saw the movie but I loved it as a kid - was there some sort of subtext that suggest Dottie was a lesbian in League that I was too young to catch? I thought

Just from watching that gif up top - I feel like that dude is totally going to fuck up his shoulders swinging around like that.

I think it was just a neat bit to show that even mid-death by exploding helicopter he still caught his boomerang one last time. Was probably glowing just so you could see it.

I agree - I was expecting a high body count - but I kinda thought it would be spread through the movie a bit more. It would have given some tension to who was going to make it or not. But after the beach scene it was pretty clear everyone would make it to the end at least.

I was just disappointed he never did anything that useful really. Especially because they kinda hyped him up as being the quiet one who’s actually super powerful. Like, at least let him really hurt the Kaiju before he gets squished.

They have bumped up to $6 as of a few years ago.

From what I read that’s because of the toll the wrestling was taking on the actors’ bodies.

I’m assuming this show takes place in the same universe as the original - so it’s not out of the realm of possibility that they call her “Doogie” after the original Doogie (who presumably went on to be a super famous doctor).

I always wanted to try riding one (driving one?) they seemed really fun.  But I never got the chance - and I don’t think they are even made anymore?

Hopefully, Jost, the writer of the memoir A Very Punchable Face and current SNL co-head writer, can do for the Ninja Turtles what he did for Tom And Jerry.”

I saw that and clicked the link thinking “oh - was Tom and Jerry good somehow?” No - it got a C. So I guess what they are saying is that hopefully Colin Jost can

Yeah - I haven’t spent any money on Blizzard stuff in years (and haven’t played any Blizz games since they fucked over HotS) but I would have been all over D4 if it was any good. But honestly after the past week making it just abundantly clear how fucking awful they are over there, I think I can skip it. I have pretty

Having now watched the original comic-con clip and the Bohemian Rhapsody trailer the latter looks 10x more fun and interesting than the former. (I say that having seen Suicide Squad and thinking it was an OK-ish movie for a popcorn flick. Not great, but not as terrible as everyone made it out to be at the time.)

Season 3? God - I feel like I’ve been meaning to watch this show for 5 years. Is it one of those “we make a season when we feel like it” shows? Glad to know I’m not nearly as behind as I thought I was.

Comedy Val might be the best Val - Real Genius and Top Secret were both huge favorites of mine as a kid. Even later in his career doing Kiss Kiss Bang Bang he stood out in a funny role.
