I have one of these as well and it was my favorite until I got the Charge 3. They both sound really good, the Charge just has a bit more oomph, but it is more expensive and a bit larger.

I have one of these and it is fantastic. It is completely waterproof-not just water resistant, long battery life - around 20 hours, really good sound, it has a USB out port to charge your phone and you can pair multiple units together for even more sound. It also works great as a speakerphone for conference calls. You

I apologize if this shows up as a duplicate, my first response did not publish.

How much better/different is the sound quality between the Flip 3 and Charge 3? I am just curious. I purchased the Flip 3 as I wanted the smaller form factor for traveling.

One thing that I have noticed on the Flip 3 is that the volume when using the line in is significantly lower than when using Bluetooth. I am positive this is impacted by the source, but something I have noticed with my phone (nexus 6). So if you are using line in, try BT instead. My Flip 3 is plenty loud.

I’ll also add that on the Flip, the speakers are NOT on the ends. Those are passive cones and it works just fine standing on end. When it lays on the side, the volume buttons are on the top just like the picture you have shows not underneath as you say. The Charge adds the ability to charge your phone off the speakers

Can you use ICE for full 360 degree pictures? Your shots are panoramic shots, but do not wrap around the back, top and bottom.
