I am someone who thinks about the idea of living in an actual city as horrific. I couldn’t even start to imagine actual life in a place that dense. People make me very uncomfortable.

KOTOR 2 was made much better by the Sith Lords Restoration Mod, which is undoubtedly not available on the Switch as it’s not official content. It not only fixed a bunch of buggy stuff, it restored the missing ending, resolved HK-47's entire plot (which was completely lost in the original version) and made the game

All badging is just advertising and is therefore bad. Badges should be eliminated whenever possible.

Looks like the speed bumps are doing just what they should be. Those going slow have no issues. Those going too fast have problems. Slow down.

I only ever sit in the last row by the window and never bring carry-on luggage with me. I read every comment here and laughed, and laughed and laughed... :)

“Sure, you’ll get approving glances at every gas station”

This article omits the single biggest reason (for me at least) that people might not be thinking about buying an electric vehicle. I’m not currently in the market for a new vehicle at all, much less a specific type of vehicle.

Good. We need regulation on these so-called self-driving cars. They are not ready for unlimited use on our roads and the public needs to understand that they may be held liable for their failure to properly monitor and drive their vehicles. Tesla seems to be the worst culprit as they actively market their product as a

Bad take, unfortunately. The problem isn’t that we aren’t willing to give up freedom, it’s that we, collectively DO NOT CARE about safety. There are people that do care, obviously, but every one of us has a personal threshold for what is safe enough.

I will never use a brick-and-mortar dealership ever again. I hate even the concept of haggling, much less having to actually do it. Carvana and Carmax are easy and that’s worth a lot more than whatever hypothetical savings I might get at a dealership. If I have to speak to a salesperson, I’m out.

It deserves to be...

Or you could ditch the lawn entirely and plant, well, anything else?

Having commented on your original poll (never got out the Greys) and having read through the comments as well, I can honestly say that you either ignored or just didn’t see the clear winner - anything Volkswagen from the 60s and 70s. There were a lot of comments about the Type 1, 2, and 4 transmissions in that era and

I know it’s becoming the new normal, but a 6 year loan is not a smart idea.

Totally agree. I bought a used vehicle a few years ago that came with a 400/month payment. That’s about the limit for what I can at the moment and that vehicle was nowhere close to 50,000+. I, and a lot of other people, don’t have the extra cash laying around to front the purchase cost of these things.

I had a 73 Volkswagen Thing. That transmission was the worst. 2nd and Reverse were in the same position except you pulled UP on the shifter for 2nd and pushed DOWN on the shifter for Reverse. It was very easy to grind gears on that by accidentally pushing the shifter down when you wanted to go into 2nd. There were

I come from the generation that played on 15 foot tall monkey bars embedded in concrete, metal slides that burned your skin, and swings made of a piece of splintery wood suspended by open chain. When my kids went outside to play, they weren’t told to be careful - they were just told to have fun.

I always check my bags. I have never had to stow anything in the overhead storage. If I can’t fit whatever is going on the plane with me in the space under the seat, it doesn’t go on the plane. I have never in my life had my luggage lost, or mistreated, or broken.

There’s another consideration that you haven’t mentioned and it’s important to (some) buyers. I absolutely hate to haggle or negotiate on things like cars. I’d rather just avoid buying altogether than even attempt to negotiate a price. No-haggle dealerships, even if they are overpriced, avoid the most dreaded part of

You should rename this to “These are the best NEW SUVs for off-roading”. I have to wonder if the mid-90's Humvee or the Jeep TJ would outclass these overpriced toys.
