I've worn makeup every day for my entire teenage/adult life and I had to Google what BB cream was. It's Blemish Balm or Blemish Base. CC cream is Color Control cream. Both apparently originated in Korea. They're basically amped-up versions of tinted moisturizer with a heavier coverage and anti-aging/correcting

Your rage over this article is cracking me up :D

Oh, Cheers. What a good show.

Yep, #12. I once worked with a guy who really resented email (he was, let's say, resistant to technology). He would get so flustered when his inbox would get full, and he typed with 2 fingers really loudly, like banging on the keyboard. He went on this tirade one day about why it's so hard for people to call or come

Yeah, this shit gets me too. Not to mention, for folks on reaaaally tight budgets, sometimes that little bit of money really is a stretch especially during Scary Week (the week before you get paid after you've paid rent.) I've definitely had periods where all I had was $10 to last me the week before I got paid again,

Yes! My stepmom gets practically bullied at work by these women. She's very pretty and very petite, and she's really anal retentive about her diet but it's because she has Lupus and has to eat a very strict, controlled diet as part of her regimen to keep her symptoms in check. LOL @ Comatose Bombshell. Ha.

I love that you referenced the Black Cauldron here. +1

Ah, so that's what the "M" stands for in Katie J.M. Baker! ;)

You've got a good point. I think the truly worthless princesses are the early ones, like Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella and Snow White, all of whom were chiefly praised because of their looks. The subsequent princesses at least had some sort of grrl power thing going on, even though the focus was still on being rescued

HA!!!! I remember thinking the same thing.

Very interesting you say that, because I've thought about the same thing.

Geez, dude, just let it freaking go. You're 10 feet in the hole by now.

That is the best fucking thing ever.

Wow- I had no idea she's 52. Dayum.

I really want Tilda's cardigan.

You MUST see her in We Need to Talk About Kevin (although warning- suuuper depressing movie.) For lighter fare, she's awesome in I Am Love.

She's adorable!
