What about a fairly common case - a married person concocting a false identity complete with a false name, a false occupation and other data changed so he/she won’t be caught? It’s not a highly moral thing to do - but is it rape? Is it an aggravated crime?

But...gender identity can be a fluid thing. There is no “right way” to transition. Also, female to male transition is a lot more trickier surgically speaking and many opt out. Don’t get me wrong, lying about who you are is a creepy and weird thing to do but...I’m not sure at all it’s as clear cut as people present it…
