And he was ALMOST as freaked out as he was when he met the baby!! The very first episode, Sherlock described sex as a physical outlet that was a necessity but not something emotional for him. So he was freaked that the sex had led to some kind of bond for her, because that's not what he intended (knowing Sherlock).

The way she described the father led me to believe she was lying about him. Her tone was too breezy, she didn't make much eye contact, she described this perfect guy whose "life was on a different path than hers now"…she's talking about Sherlock. She lied about the details.
