Wow, I realize you are too much into your own comments and not really interested in the entire point of the story. Perhaps you need to read the Wired article in order to find out about the female hackers that were excluded because they weren’t part of a specific social group within the NuHackers, despite one of these

I don’t have to because Wired found two female hackers one of whom is the president of the NuHackers. But they didn’t hang out with the group of male hackers they profiled so they weren’t pictured.

I actually think that would make you lazy. A female writer would have seen how much more interesting this story would be from the perspective of the president of the group who is a woman. Or they would have at least included her in the group even though they might not “hang out” together.

But it’s an article on up and comers, not middle aged techies. And it’s taken from a sample of “Northwestern University,”and the article mentions a couple of women who do the same thing, but since they weren’t part of the cool “Nu-nerds” group they weren’t profiled.

So we should further protect the fragile male ego (of which you are a part), by never including women in articles about “great people (men)?”

Can you imagine an article that mentions women who the “hero” of the story doesn’t hang out with?

How many times do they have to do articles on a group of ONLY men about how they are the new generation of whatevers before it becomes sexist?

I heard someone say that if you see a really good actor and they never quite get to the A-list level everyone expected them to reach, it’s probably because they are difficult to work with. Think Emile Hirsch or Shia Labeouf.

Apparently, (after further reading) according to the woman, the host had agreed to the changes of adding two people. But when she inquired about how to pay the extra money right before arriving, the host got upset? And then she said she had proof of the agreement in the form of text messages and this is when the woman

WHOA, Mike Pence looks a lot like Alice the maid!

He’s probably scared he’a going to get bombed. He might not even sleep at Mar a lago, but maybe nearby.

ILLEGITAMATE PRESIDENT

Here’s what bugs me about these kind of things, they never show the whole conversation! It’s like what are you hiding?

Yeah, I assumed that their advertising group was involved. I just meant the general direction is probably something Kendall has been wanting to do and she may have suggested it (I’d bet money on it, but I figure they’ll never admit it).

Why is it always the super platinum blondes who are most racist?

This was probably her idea. Kendall’s the “altruistic” one and she probably wanted to branch out in that direction, or support the protests, but her mom convinced her she can do that AND get paid AND look awesome.

I knew the “Your Dinner Companions Appearance May Effect How Much You Eat” sounded like bullshit! They threw in there that seeing a fat person (model in a prosthesis) eat healthy food made other people eat less healthy food! I call bullshit on that and I remember thinking it was sooo hinky when I read it. Like they

True. I feel like I’ve thought of a good name before and that it will come to me again. I should be writing a paper for an online class, but now I’m pondering names haha.

Wow, (not my convo I know, I’m sorry, but I was just surprised at the similarity) that’s kind of my situation too, my mom was awesome but my dad was abusive and overbearing, but I also had older sisters that were “cool” so I could at least imitate them from afar. Which sometimes would work against me because teachers

There’s a book called Aspergirls I think which kind of explains that theory. I think girls are naturally better at social skills and conforming or imitating. And I think I also read that other girls try to include girls who are left out at least during the young years, whereas boys will immediately alienate a boy who
