Don't forget Iris Mist!

I totally forgot about that game. That game was beyond epic in so many ways.

The truck in Metal Gear...

Oh man... I had pushed that shitbird out of my memory. He's like the bomb bird's derpy cousin.

Valid. While I do not want my car to explode, I do want a car that kicks ass, takes names, and positively annihilates everything...

Taking design cues from the bomb bird probably isn't the best omen...

Introducing the 2012 Chevrolet Ennui!

I would say it is ugly, but it is actually too boring to even be ugly. I wouldn't say that the Impala was ever a particularly over styled car for its production year compared to anything else, at least not since the 50s. But this one is actually bludgeoning me with "meh!"

Totally agree on all counts!

Haha, here we go again with the bitching about the "political slant" of this blog. Even if there is a political slant, your bitching isn't going to do anything about it. Every news outlet is run by people who have their own opinions, and those opinions are going to show in the writing. If you don't like it, you

Picture tangentially related, car-oriented, and awesome.

I dunno. I keep getting a laugh at over sensitive republican commenters taking it so seriously.

I absolutely love it! The power, the comfort, the sound... Everything is fantastic, except the suspension. It's pretty commonly acknowledged among the GTO owners that the stock suspension is absolute garbage. It sags hard under acceleration, to the point that my higher offset wheels and 245s are rubbing the

@Detroit: ...and the brilliant Quattro AWD system. Seriously, Audi's AWD is pretty much bullet proof, and is a large part of the reason they are so damn quick off the line.

It is sad how pretty much everyone knows someone who has fought a battle with cancer. However, it is an inspiration to us all when peace can be found through a passion, especially when shared with others.

Horrendous earthquakes, epic tornadoes, biblical level flooding, plunging economy... All terrible, but none of that is a significant harbinger of the apocalypse. Chrysler outselling the Japanese car makers?

@fuhteng: Nice, I love the G8s. I probably would have bought one if I could have found one when I was in the market... I have a 2006 GTO with a 6-speed. Trying to launch that thing without the traction control on is a serious exercise in throttle control, but most of the time it just burns the tires through 1st.

@wolfe155: It really is easy to get jaded lately with the massive improvements in the horsepower war. I am guilty of it as well, but 4.5 seconds is pretty damn fast for a common street car. The Evo is impressive for its power, but that is also in large part due to the AWD system. It's the same reason the current

Probably not. I have so much trouble getting mine to hook. It doesn't help that it only comes with 235s from the factory.
