@BrtStlnd: Ha, I hope not. I am sure Ray can see the humor in a temporary name change. Back in the day, we used to change our names on a weekly basis with some new theme.

Welcome to the family!

@nataku8_e30: Eyggghh... I just got chills picturing how a Jaguar developed fusion reactor would perform...

It is an awesome showcase of technology. If it is conceivable for them to make it, it would make one helluva flagship car. In a lot of cases, the flagship concept is a great way to showcase technology that can trickle down into lesser models which could very well make Jaguar relevant again. It is a good business

@Ash78 gonna git you, sucka: Before answering that, I think I need to know the volume of the dirt in the hole they will be buried in.

@Ron Erickson: I hear you on that. I would have tried for it too if I wasn't constantly being torn between a cantankerous Swede and a finicky German.

So, Ron, you trying out for the weekend blogger position? Good writing there.

The Russians are invading! Launch the counter attack!

@WindowsBreakerG4: I'll have to see. I can probably try to put something together, but just gotta make sure not to piss off the neighbors :-P

The likelihood of you needing to reprogram an ECU is a lot less likely than the need to repair an electronic power steering assembly that decided it no longer wants to function. If it was that simple,

Check pricing on a current gen 3-series that has fallen out of warranty. They are so cheap because a simple power steering fix is $4k at an

@WindowsBreakerG4: I've been working on it a little bit every weekend. Each time, I run into some stupid little problem (last weekend it was the lack of proper crank seals, which I have rectified) so it has been slow going. I'd like to get a group together, but as the days get shorter, that is looking less and less

@alfasud: Here is a picture of a US-spec 242GT.

@alfasud: Interesting, it does indeed. There are a few pictures of my former car that show up in a few searches. That shot was taken by the guy I bought it from, and this shot is one of mine. It's not exactly stock with a lowered suspension, European style front end, 17" Volvo Polaris replicas, and a few other

@alfasud: Sorry, but that's not a GT.

@worthless_cos: That's not how he lost it. When you gain or lose a star for a comment, it says it below that comment. Regardless, I personally think pictures like that shouldn't be on a site that is often browsed at work. It would be wise of the editorial staff to keep that in check for page view purposes. A
