It is so nice to read that most people who has watched Scandal over the years gets it. Shonda Rhimes and her writers need to be called out on their BS revisionist writing. That entire speech to Fitz was hypocritical lies by Mellie.

Tony big crime is that he is universally loved by a majority of the fans. Tony's charisma, appeal, handsomeness, sexiness, makes the fans go wild. Most fans do not like Shonda's favorte Scott Foley's Jake, so tony will pay through Fitz and Jake will get a free ride.

Thank you. The writing is god awful on so many levels. Fitz has always respected and listened to Olivia's feelings. Some even called him weak for it. So it made no sense. Shonda wants people to forget everything that happened on the show before 509. After 509, Scandal turned into pure trash.
