I’ve known a couple people who didn’t know they had warrants till they got pulled over randomly and the cops ran their IDs. Minor stuff but the cops had to take ‘em in anyway.

There’s people who themselves don’t know they have warrants. All you need is unpaid parking tickets, a move, and then miss some mail.
