Except that these are OSHA standards we’re talking about - I doubt there’s a lot of gray area when it comes to what they’re supposed to record.

Why would you assume both parties are blurring the line of truth? One party provides sourcing and attempts to come to a conclusion using data in a transparent manner- The other has a massive financial interest in being opaque and spinning the data.

If you have listened to reveal, it’s a very even handed podcast and Al

She called him a “disgraced partisan hack”

Talking on a phone, even handsfree, is known to be more dangerous than talking to someone in the car. It’s not only a logistical problem (the person on the other end can’t know your situation, so when you go silent, they’ll talk even if you’re still in the middle of a thought...so you try not to go silent) but it’s a

I really like Jason’s content, but I decided after this video I’m no longer willing to subscribe.

So this was Rail Force One.

I had this same thought. The idea of people doing serious training rides on public bike paths is hillarious.

We have to do it because we’re not allowed to ride on walking paths (or exceed 30 km/hr speed limits) in the cities. If you want to get in a serious ride (50+km) you have no choice but to hit the highways. Hopefully you can find somewhere with decent sized shoulders. It can be scary as sh*t thou.

“The good news is that most places that have them are fairly nice and scenic.”

I never quite understood why women risk their lives by wearing revealing and sexy clothing out on the town on Saturday nights. I get it, it’s your right, but knowing how men are, you’re basically asking for it. I used to see twenty-something women at clubs in the Meatpacking District in New York where predatory men

Where else is a professional cyclist supposed to ride? To properly train these cyclists need uninterrupted road without stoppages and most always it’s impossible to avoid cars on these roads. They can’t train on feeder streets or they’d have to stop at intersections every quarter mile. I’d ask why it’s such a bother

“you’re basically asking for it” is the calling card of a victim blamer.

It is illegal for bicyclists to ride anywhere except roadways and dedicated bike paths.

Hey.......

“a paraplegic security guard” - I don’t know how to say this without being a dick, but, uhhh, odd choice for a security guard.

I need a tetanus shot after reading this article.

for the “not slowing down fast enough” guy, yeah, when you hit that 45 mph speed limit sign, the speed limit is 45mph. Not “I’m slowing down now from 55mph”. He was legitimately pulled over and then gave the cop attitude about it.

There must be some sort of mistake. No pilot ever tests positive on NBC.

I’m a Jeep fan but I have to say, I agree with the Fish Guy. It’s incredibly disrespectful to the environment and an ad like that really encourages bad behavior on the part of Jeep owners. Hunters and fishermen, who make up a large segment of the Jeep market, are (or should be) great stewards of the environment. Jeep

Right thought but the math is slightly off. He paid $8,500 for the car that is now worth $2,600. It depreciated $5,900 plus the $854 in interest equals $6,754 in total “cost” over the four years so $1,689/year.
