I completed the Duolingo Spanish course last year. Morning......it’s that “hair” thing. Plus when I shower at night, it seems like I stay too warm the rest of the night. Much more refreshing in the morning.

I did the plank routine where you start at 20 seconds for a couple days, then go to 30 seconds for a couple days and so on. Surprisingly it doesn’t!! When it’s flipped, the top just kind of re-fluffs itself. I thought the same thing would happen. Probably if it wasn’t flipped often, it would compress and not stay “pillowy”!
