As stated, that was assumed. It’s not cheese. It’s “cheeze.” Something to eat if you can’t eat real cheese. Kind of how some people drink club soda with a twist of lime at parties when they want to look like they’re drinking a gin and tonic.

I disagree that Chao is bad cold. Their jalapeño cheddar flavor is delish! While not vegan, Green Valley Organic lactose free cream cheese is worth noting for the lactose averse. OTOH, Tofutti Cream is just icky.
