Yep, not only in Rio, but everywhere in the country. I just got home and the taxi driver behind me looked like a dog trying to smell my car’s butt.

Yes. And Rio taxi drivers are the worst. Bus drivers aren’t much better but they win in this case. So good for the bus.

Not sure where you’re getting those numbers... There are many videos of people pulling over cops and the vast majority of the time it does not go this smoothly.
