I was actually just thinking that this makes more sense as a Cadillac rather than a Chevy. It would be a good excuse to make the interior a little nicer and have it compete directly with McLaren and Ferrari. Plus it would be a Halo for their Luxury brand and preserve the Corvette legacy.

I’d find it kinda funny if after all the reports of a mid-engined Vette this is what it actually is, and the Vette itself stays Front-engined rear wheel drive.
