Thank god someone is finally making a truck that can handle what trucks do 99% of the time, which is drive around off road. Way too much focus these days on the rare moments when a truck is commuting to work. /S>

The real story is how you went through two separate government offices in three hours.  What sorcery is this?!

Interesting writeup and good angles on the static photos, I sure do wish you could’ve brought a safety buddy and gotten some action shots.   It seems like a great machine for ripping dramatic rooster-tail power slides.

who buys a cyber truck? who looks at the cybertruck and thinks “this is the best solution for my needs”?

A friend of mine has the 2022 or 2023 Tucson and loves it.  Its a lot of car and functionality for not a lot of cash and under a great warranty.

Imagine developing bespoke tires designed to work with matching wheel covers.  Then after 4+ years of development, the covers still dig into the tires!  What an embarrassment this car is.

That and atheism.

Literally the only reason you should ever be locked in to OEM tires is if you’re driving a Bugatti or something with tires specifically designed for 200+ mph. No other reason.

Gizmodo is on OpenWeb. The three sites are owned by three different companies now.

The 2000 Chevy Venture Warner Bros. Edition:

1.5, maybe 2 psi.

Octomom is just waiting for her moment to market the 8 seat version

“King (couldn’t keep it in his pants) Cab Edition”

Honestly, I’d only been there a couple of weeks and I didn’t have anything to do with the service department so this “offer” surprised me. As it came from my direct manager, I thought it was okay.

Oh, we definitely had fun! Although I did “crash” one time and my chest landed right on the end of the Jet-Ski handlebar. Ouch.

Given the 900 miles on the car, I doubt the owner was all that knowledgeable about the car’s capabilities, seeing as he probably never actually pulled it to redline.

Even still, the customer specifically told them not to drive it. But you know how lawyers are, a little embellishing here, Hyperbole there, but the service manager obviously couldn’t handle it so lol I hope Camaro dude gets current value plus and additional 30K$ for any potential appreciation this thing could have

Yep. I’d be a lot more sympathetic if the tech felt like they had to take the car up and down the street the dealership is on to properly confirm the repair was done right (if you’re unable to tell at parking lot speeds), but the data recorder clearly shows this was a dumbass out joyriding

In the service manager’s defense, he thought it was a Mustang.
