First Sarah Lynn, now Kerry? Why does every freckled cutie on TV have to go out at the same time? I've cried enough this week. She's the only character I connected with on this dumpster-fire of a show.
I hadn't thought of that. Jack hired an industrial designer because he wanted the box to succeed.
and Google Hangouts, and Slack, and…
PP looks like Napster.
Maybe I'm too close to the subject matter… but IRL it just wouldn't get overlooked. The valley has such a hard-on for design right now, start-ups are more hungry for designers than engineers. There have been so many people involved in PP at this point, it would be like 30 chefs making a pizza together, and it turns…
The lack of a design department is killing my suspension of disbelief. Nobody in Silicon Valley would overlook this. They would have hired a product designer before coding a line, and a UX researcher and visual designer (at a bare minimum) before they shipped anything.
Agree. She tested him in the tent, and saw he wasn't prepared to trust her judgement on Ramsay.
I think if she doesn't take charge of that unit and keep it secret, they all die. Hypothetically, of course. Jon fell for the trap, and she saw it coming. It wasn't pretty in the end, but I think it was the best option to draw all of Ramsay's men out into a tight group.
Oh no you di-in't
Or shot them full of arrows when they charged the line with Jon, like everyone else.
She won the battle by withholding that information and having them flank after Ramsay's entire force was in a tight group. That's the reason. She clearly saw how this thing was going to play out, she even called Richon a dead man, and told Jon what would happen. She took charge of a unit when Jon had no plan.
Jon caused his entire force to charge a line of archery fire when he lost his cool. He fell into Ramsay's trap, and she saw that coming. If he had some extra troops, they would have charged as well. He didn't really HAVE a strategy… that was her point in the tent the night before.
Didn't her choice to withhold the knights for a late flank win the battle? I'm fairly certain she was meant to be the voice of reason in this episode…
They probably would have charged with Jon when he lost his cool, putting them in archer-range with the rest of his forces. He wasn't using his head in that battle.
Agreed.
I don't think thats right. She was over there with them, smirking. It seems clear to me that she was commanding that unit based on her own plan. She kept it secret from Jon, because she could see Jon was underestimating Ramsay.
Sansa's decision seems in line with her character arc this season—increasing confidence and control. Maybe she would have mentioned the knights, had Jon asked for her input during planning. She made it clear that she had something to offer before walking out. It seems she decided to plan and command the extra unit…
Jesus, you all are more puritanical than I thought. Boys and girls are going to do these things. The only thing that really creeps me out is how much everyone is bothered by it. Purity rings for all your daughters?
Didn't one of the soldiers tell Jaime that Blackfish died resisting? Considering they gave up the castle on order… I don't see any of that group lying about it. They could have just as easily said they couldn't find him, if letting him escape was their goal. Again, can't see them stepping out even that much.
