I really dug this paragraph in particular ...

One of the best quest-modders from FNV is someguy2000 (author of New Vegas Bounties and plenty of other dev-level quest mods) ... dude should really be working for a pub with the level of detail he weaves into his mods.

All of this Preston-related accidental terrorsaurus awesomerex reminds me of the two things on my Fallout 4 wishlist in terms of minor fixes ...

Is Preston also dead?

Don’t forget the “Two Dollars” kid from Better Off Dead!

Would def see such a mod ending up in the Nexus all-time list for ratings!

My guess is that the LPer set him off via the Atom Cats murders (they count as murder, which Preston hates), and/or probably making the mistake of jetting up and coming down near Preston to start off the ‘glitch’ ...

As an 80s child, I’m pretty sure a lot of us read it with that same background epic-ness!

I still love you for this ranking post, Klepek!

You make a decent point, but when you look at the big picture of that draft ...

I’ll add to that the avoidance of a fake apology, which seeks to explain the circumstance by the mistake-maker in the next breath ... or the ultra-fake apology that morphs itself into the proverbial paraphrased “I’m sorry I got caught.”

2nd counterpoint support - this is where it all went really, horribly wrong for Dwight ...

I didn’t particularly come away with the idea from watching that segment that it was a good idea for Dwight to be on there with those questions and his answers as it played.

Dude disagreed with Kenny the Jet on “you don’t have to like the other guy” (paraphrased) “to be successful with him.”

If that’s true that is a hilarious exploit ... just book it to Vault 81 and get yourself some reverse-AIDS ... not sure how I feel about that. I love exploits, and I hate the political mess AIDS was when I was a kid.

I saw that too. But perhaps it was also the time between Cats personal kills (he sat for a while eating a pizza slice) ... and those count as murder. Preston’s major dislikes include that.

Preston Gravy, haha ... “there’s a turkey that needs my help, here, I’ll mark the dinner location on your map!”

That’s what I thought too ... he hates murder, and shooting Atom Cats counts as that.

Didn’t see the rest of the playthrough ... but aside from the Preston never leaving you part ... was it possible that you waited long enough in-between murders of Atom Cats to where Preston went hostile as a result?

None, really, if it’s not Survival mode. If you aren’t into Sims-like building, it’s a non-starter.
