I agree as far as cars, but trucks have next to no options for big tires for 16s. They make big tires for 14s, 15s, 17s, 18s, 20s, and even 22s. But 16" big mud tires are left out.

I agree with you. But on economy cars where a 17" wheel looks out of place, and only allows for a very low profile tire. 16" is the way.

You would appreciate the RWD Saturn SC2 on Sixthsphere. Sam Bretz swapped one into his car a few years ago and slapped a giant turbo on it. Solid build, fills the engine bay and it’s definitely different.
