I don’t think she was subjected to it but I will never believe that she didn’t know his reputation. I don’t blame her. I don’t think she is complicit in her silence. I just don’t believe her. I am thankful that she made an unequivocal statement today.

She’s now conflicted out from repping any of the women who have claims against him. He won’t have to go up against her (or her mother or anyone else in their firm) and she won’t actually have to continue repping him. She’s the loser in this because the damage is done to her reputation.

Millennials always get a bad rap (Generation X here) but I have noticed in the news and personal experience at work how bad ass the Millenial women are and how they are the ones pushing through a lot of these changes in the status quo. I for one am impressed and hopeful for real change because of these women! :)

This would be a great moment for one of their (Allerd/Bloom) proteges to make a break for it and go out on their own/align with someone else.

I think you’re right. When this lawsuit was mentioned on the news tonight (ABC National news) the way it was presented was done in a way that seemed to favor him/water down the claims. I couldn’t help thinking it was done that way as a favor.
