Very true. I similarly use my notebook for capturing everything under the sun - my work notes, my personal project notes, meeting minutes, to-do lists, task lists, project lists, etc...

Most of the productivity systems, though intended honestly, fails in execution. The system should ideally play to strength of the user and complement his/ her weakness.
