I just got a VPN for $6, quality drops sometimes, and it stops to buffer occasionally, but I'm happy with it. I think i would even choose it over getting the cable password from my parents(if i hadn't convinced them both to drop cable).

With my current charter cable connection, i get around 11 out of the 15 megs im playing for. At my other apartment i payed for FIOS 25/25 and normally got 45/30
