Well the reason they cant cook a turkey like a microwave could is that microwaves use a special wavelength, the wavelength that affect water, if they use a different wavelength than it wont be nearly as efficient as a microwave.

They are going to run a real operating system that can run every app that will ever exist. It can be used as a powerhouse computer running apps like autoCAD and Maya, real photoshop, protools but still be portable and used as a tablet.
