Agreed. If I do “Speedtest by Ookla!!”, it shows I have the fastest speed on the planet since it goes right to a Comcast server and I’m sure that the company takes Comcast money. I mainly use speedof.me to get an fairly accurate speed test to have an idea of what I’m getting.
