I saw Elf once.  That was it.  Stranger Than Fiction was good, but I’m not sure he was the best choice for it.  Still props to him to trying to branch out.

It actually makes sense.  You want those experienced people to stay around.  If you don’t give them an incentive to, then so long and enjoy having to train new people.
